Elephango allows you to change your subscription type inside your account settings. To change your subscription type, you will first need to cancel your account:
Log in to your account and go to Subscriptions and Payments in the top right corner of the screen.
Click Cancel and then confirm the cancellation.
Once you have cancelled your account, you will see the option to choose a new subscription. Click Choose Subscription to change your subscription type.
You will now see the option to choose your desired subscription type. Select a new subscription type, enter your payment details, and click Save.
