Log in to your Elephango account and click on your username at the top right of the page. Select “My Account.”
In the space provided, enter a new password. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.
If you or your child would like to change your child's password, you may do so by clicking your child's name and following the same procedures given above. Children cannot change their password through their own account, only through the parent's account.
