To invite educators to your school account, go to the Administrator Home by clicking "School Manager" on the top right of the school dashboard. You will see your school access code on the bottom left of the page in green. This code can be copied and shared with your educators. To provide more detailed instructions to your educators, click "Share Your School Access Code", which will open a new pop-up window.
The best way to share the code and the instructions is to craft an email to the desired educators with the school code and educator instructions provided. Educators simply need to go to the Elephango website, click "Sign Up", select "Educator" from the drop-down menu, and enter the school access code. They will be prompted to create their own username and password.
When an educator has created their account, the educator will show up in the Administrator Home, under "Educators" on the left-hand side.
